    When you put in the bootable usb drive to reinstall windows did you try formatting the drive?

    To tell you what ram and cpu you would need I would have to know what motherboard you are going to buy. Also there are many cpu and ram options for one motherboard.

    Upgrade your PSU and you should be fine. I wouldn’t recommend running your computer until then because a underpowered card is not good.

    Here is your issue. Your GPU the 1050 windforce is a GPU that requires at minimum 300watts of power. Right now you have a under powered GPU because of your PSU.
