Unfortunatly no, AMD indeed had the best bang for the buck but when you want to spend more money the Nvidia for the same price will not perform any better than an AMD. Nvidia had CUDA cores wicvh make these cards 100000 times more expensive thats why AMD in almost all cases performce way better...
