    Yes, I bought it in an Acer shop in a mall. I checked the bios first when I installed the new ram it reads 12gb (8+4). After that I can't boot to windows anymore. So I went back and remove that 8 gb 3200 ram. Return my 2 old 4gb 2666 ram and restore the bios settings to its default...
