I am not 100% sure if it will work or not. This happened to one of my friends when he built his PC and it worked fine but the guy that fixed the problem said he was lucky it survived. And yes, you can boot with your CPU un cooled but it will fry very quickly.

This is a simple question. If possible, stick to black or white but little highlights don't matter much. And yes I know, ddr3 with a 1151 slot, not ideal, but just play along.
