You should go with a Z97 motherboard for that CPU.

This for ~$500 and it will sell like candy.

Documentation on that motherboard is hard to find. I can't guarantee that anything else will work with that motherboard aside from what you already have. Also, that motherboard doesn't support SLI.

It will work with that monitor(3440x1440). You'll be able to play modern games at medium-high settings.

It won't work with your CPU(socket LGA 1155).

I second the HyperX Cloud Pro headset. It's a great headset for the price.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 is a good board, the ASUS boards are better in quality. The issue is that there aren't many ASUS boards(and other brands too) available anymore(depends on where you'll buy the stuff from though).
