So i checked and it seems that my gpu is the problem, I unplugged it and the computer turned on

So I was in a middle of a game and the computer just went black on me. Couldn't get it back on. I tested the psu with the paperclip and the fan spins. I took the gpu out as to test which component is at fault and it booted and I can get into the windows login screen, albeit very laggy. However...
