As far as I know they are I don't have an offset either. I ran the GTAV Benchmark at 4K Max Settings once clocked at 3.7GHz and the other 4.7GHz yet there was only about a single frame difference. Is that because of how GPU Bound 4K is or just GTAV?

Why does my OC show up as 4.7GHz in my BIOS but 4695MHz in-game? That's retarded. Also when I OC to 5.1GHz at 1.35V my framerate gradually fluctuates to 4.4GHz and back up in the GTAV Benchmark after the jet flies into the city and you transition to the theater. My temperatures stay around 60c...

I bought it brand new from Amazon. My rebuild checks out fine as far as Benchmarks and Temps go. They're actually better for some reason. Thanks for all the input guys.

It wasn't visible to the naked eye 30 minutes ago ever since I used isopropyl alcohol to clean in the groove there I feel like it may have oozed out or something. I just don't want that to be a problem in the future cuz I'm rebuilding my PC today.

I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the CPU because some thermal compound got where that black residue is. I did that like 30 minutes ago and then this residue just appeared.

I used Arctic Silver because I've had the best luck with that over stock compound since ever. I didn't break down the CPU. I am talking about that black line that bubbles around the CPU PCB where it connects with the Chip. So you think that's just from normal use?
