So I think I was able to sign in by changing an account to standard, then suing my microsoft account to sign in with and Windows 10 said it was linked to my account but how will I be able to reinstall windows 10 if I need to make a fresh copy?

I cannot in settings so I did in the command prompt but the option is greyed out, I cannot select it. It doesnt matter is the account is admin or not.
