update: I managed to change the memory speed to 3200MHz. Will updating the bios mess with that setting?

In BIOS I only have two choices for RAM speed profile1 (3600 MHz which the system won't start on and manually sets back after a few restarts) and the 2100MHz that it reset back to now. It also set back to an older bios. I had f50 and it reset to f30. Should i change that again? I have installed...
