Pump choice for a large loop

We could be phase change enthusiasts. Look at it that way

Pump choice for a large loop

Ok, thanks. That makes a lot of sense now. Looks like bitspower is going to bankrupt me though. Oh well, who needs to pay the bills anyways.

Pump choice for a large loop

Ok, noted. How would I connect the RAM blocks in parallel? I would need a splitter wouldnt I?

Pump choice for a large loop

Didnt think about parallel flow on those. Im using it on the video cards. How would you go about setting that loop up? I cant think of how to plumb them parallel. I planned on the loop going Res>Pump>Ram 1>CPU>Ram 2 Each RAM block has 2 g1/4 threads. Same goes for the CPU block.

Pump choice for a large loop

The choice to watercool the memory was more about looks than performance. Im aware memory barely even needs heat spreaders, forget watercooling. This build was planned to be overkill watercooling and to look good, I prefer the look of the watercooled memory. Theres a bit of casemodding and...

Pump choice for a large loop

Im trying to decide on a pump for my WIP system and Ive done the math on it but I want some input on my thoughts. This system will be using 2 loops. One loop will contain: 1x 480mm radiator 60mm thick, 2x EK Monarch X4 Memory waterblocks, 1x EK Supremacy X99 CPU waterblock And a tube...

Switching from premix to distilled water and colored tubing. But how do I color my reservoir?

Never thought about that. Theres nothing to degrade or gunk up so unless you see biological growth or the liquid starts fogging up then theres no reason to do a tear down. Makes sense

Switching from premix to distilled water and colored tubing. But how do I color my reservoir?

I think I will use lighting in the res to give the illusion of it being colored. And colored tubing for the rest. This is my biggest build yet though. A phanteks Enthoo Primo with 2 loops. One loop for memory and an i7-5820k. 60mm thick 480mm radiator Another loop for 2-way SLI Titan X, with...

    Watercooling DDR4 with EKWB block

Never thought about buying one of the budget options. They usually dont have a heatsink. Thanks

    Watercooling DDR4 with EKWB block

Ive done a lot of reading into the subject and it seems that a lot of manufacturers are using a thermal adhesive to permanently fix their heat spreaders to the RAM modules. This is a problem for those of us who want to watercool our memory. The EKWB Monarch X2 and X4 requires you to take off...
