    Tests and experience have shown that vaping has no effect on breathing, no increase or worsening of COPD or asthma. Vaping get an undeservably bad rap. I say this as a former four pack a day smoker who quit by vaping and now neither vape or smoke.

    Check around for USB DACs/headphone amplifiers. There are many of Chinese origin for sale. They offer far better performance than most internal sound "cards." I use one as a headphone amp for my Sennheiser HD650s and it has RCA, digital and optical outs too.

    I've never had any problems with USB3. But your system is so old it really needs replacing.

    A 120mm AIO is not adequate. Get at least a 280 AIO. Reinstall Windows from scratch if you haven't already done so as a change in processor requires this.

    These days a USB DAC is a better solution. I've never found an onboard solution that wasn't inferior.

    Frankly, I wonder what the draw is for people with old hardware to run Windows 11. It really doesn't offer much.

    I "upgraded" to Windows 11 because I was having trouble getting Amazon Prime Video to play in HD in Windows 10. It solved that problem. No other benefits that I can tell.

    There are programs that can remove noise and clean up voice recordings, don't know about doing this in real time though.

    I don't see where Libre Office Writer doesn't meet your needs. I don't use the other components of Libre Office and the Writer component meets all my needs and has done so for years.

    I know many would disagree with me, but I find motherboard audio quite awful. I would say get a USB DAC/headphone amplifier. That's what I did and have been satisfied.

    Actually, I believe it's commonly held that the pump should run at 100%.

    That motherboard will not boot with that drive. It's too old. It may work as a data drive though.

    No you won't gain performance with games. There are specialized programs that can use more than one GPU like crypto mining, CAD, etc. but that probably doesn't effect you.
