If you really dont want to get a new system you could upgrade to an i5 2300 and get an rx 550. I dont recommend this unless you cant get a new system.

You can upgrade to any psu! just make sure it has the right connectors. I recommend a EVGA 500B.

The cpu should not bottle neck. If you want to upgrade to a i7 4790.

Get the i3, the only reason to go higher is if you could get an i7.

Dude go with ryzen. Its so much cheaper and has a better value. It is comparable to the i7 6900k and is totally worth it.

Its just that your cpu simply is not powerful enough to run intensive programs. At this point you NEED a new computer. But keep the psu and gpu.

Intel turbo boost only affects one core.
