A table in the article I linked shows N3 available in late 2022, N3E in H2 2023, N3B in H2 2024, and N3X in 2025. Hence my confusion...

You're right. I remembered wrong. I guess that means the design capabilites of Lunar Lake relative to M3 are 5% better than I thought.

The Apple M3 series is made on N3E, and Lunar Lake uses N3B. So Lunar Lake's node is like 5% better...
