Hello! I'm not really good at setting things up myself. I'm not sure how to check if I have the latest NIC drivers. I looked on a few other sites but it sounds a bit complicating and could yyou explain to me what I need to do to check or update the drivers?

I have been getting very bad download speed for some reason that I don't know. When I'm downloading something the speed is around 200 KB/s and when I'm downloading a file like 2 GB it takes me around 2-3 hours to be completed. When I tested my download speed it gave me this result...
