So recently ive been getting this weird thing whenever i try to play a game my screen goes black for 3 seconds and then the game quits.

ah ok but i've found another problem. I get low fps IN EVERY GAME I OWN. I get 2 fps on mw2, 2 fps on cs go, 2 fps on Watch doges.
