    If you could go a bit over budget and get a GTX 1070 and 16gb of ram it would be amazing. Btw you haven't listed any cpu cooelrs, cases or Power supplies.

    Take out your ram sticks and stick them in the two other slots, this happened to me once and this fixed it, which means that one or two of the ram slots are faulty.
