Ubuntu randomly shuts down in about five minutes of playing minecraft

Ok never mind i figured it out some how both java runtime and oracle java where both installed on my pc and they didn't like each other!

Any one have any idea on way it does it I know my computer can handle it and it's not ever heating and in the five minutes I do get to play it runs better on ubuntu then it does on windows my processor is a Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz × 2 graphics GeForce 9800M GTS/PCIe/SSE2 OS type...
