Yes I turned it on. Pressing the case power button turns the motherboard lights off for like half a second and then they turn on again.

Will a Quadro K5200 work with a Z370 LGA 1151 motherboard? I don't see it on the lists I find online and don't know if they're just out of date or if it's really incompatible.

If a monitor(1440p 144hz) is damaged upon arrival, will I be able to tell, even if I've never used a 144hz monitor in the past? Do screens work either 100% or not at all, or is there a subtle in-between I need to watch out for?
