I finally solved the problem! I tried the wifi on another motherboard and it worked instantly. So I checked all the settings in detail in my bios and found that the 3rd PCIe was enabled on x4 mode, which means for my motherboard that the 2 PCIe_x1 ports were disabled.

Some updates here, I changed the PCI port again and the device now appears with a yellow warning sign: this device cannot start. (code 10). I uninstalled the device, twice because it appeared again just after uninstallation, restarted my PC and reinstalled the drivers. The warning is still here...
