When my pc is turned off or in sleep i cannot charge anything with my USB ports, i have tried changing the power settings in device manager for the USB root hub and i still didn't work. Any information would be great thanks.

When ever i leave my pc alone for a while (its set to 30 mins) the display will go in to sleep but then sometimes and only sometimes it wont come back on. Also in the power settings i have set all others to never (so the pc doesn't hibernate or sleep). Please help because this is very annoying.

If i leave my pc for a while the pc will stay on e.g. the fans, keyboard, mouse and all that but sometimes when i wiggle the mouse or press a key on the keyboard it wont turn back on. I say sometimes because sometimes i can leave it for like 5 hours and others it like 1 or 2
