No need for a reply as I have fixed this myself, by using low resolution mode to get in and change graphics settings.

I've just built a new pc and as expectedly nvidia drivers downloaded automatically and through this I tried to increase the resolution of the output and my monitor( a quite old and not very good small tv) black screens. I've tried many solutions such as going into safe mode and uninstalling...
