oh so there is not a amd 7900? but it doesnt say anything else than that on my pc, can you help me to fint out what graphics card i have?, and if i have 7930 will i see a good difference?, and can gtx 1050 run 144 Hz?

so right now i have an amd 7900 series, and im thinking about uprading it i dont really feel like i get enough fps. so i want to uprade to: MSI GeForce GTX1050 2GB Aero ITX OC but i want to know if this will make a difference in games like pupg, h1z1, and fortnite. my cpu is i5-3570

But Can hdmi run 144hz?, Please link med if you know one

My gpu has 2 DVI i sockets and I can put my dvi d cable in the second socket, but when I do that I can only run 60hz but I want 144 hz since that's what I paid for, I used to put my DVI d cable in the first dvi I socket and that gave me 144 hz but now it doesn't give me any display..

So i should just get a DVI i?
