I second Airdeano's suggestion about a posting limit. I too have been victimized on this trading forum (7970 ghz a while back ago). And although scammers will always scam, deterrents will limit the shite posts that we often see.

I was 15 years old when I first bought my computer. I was not that much older than you and at the time it was state-of-the-art for me, but by no means was it the best the market had. A k6-2 amd cpu, and a voodoo2 creative labs gpu card were the core parts for those who want to reminisce with me...

Have you attempted any trouble shooting? Removing cable/unplugging cable. Holding down power button. Switching the psu switch on/off etc...

If you can give us a better idea of your budget, we can give you a better selection of options. Are you okay buying used? that can be a big factor in performance gains over dollars spent.

It will be very tough to get your asking price, since someone can fetch more with ebay, even after fees. You can thank miners for that. On the brightside, when the bit-coin craze crashes...all those wonderful cards will be hocked for way under the msrp.

If you can pay with paypal, then you can hold them accountable if it isn't the product you want. Ioffer doesn't seem to offer the level of quality of "buyer's protection" that flee-bay does, but Paypal will knock on anybody's door and break knees.
