Thank you so much, this fixed it. There was an application that was causing Windows Defender to be glitched trying to solve the problem. Uninstalling it fixed the problem.
This is task manager with all the highest cpu usages, the weird thing is is that the high usage persists even after closing the game I opened. The antimalware executable has the highest usage which is really weird because I've used malwarebytes and came up short with no viruses.
So just recently, I've started to have problem after launching games such as Watch Dogs 2 and Escape From Tarkov, my CPU usage goes to 100% and my computer starts going unbelievably slow before my game even loads up to the main menu. This high usage lasts for usually about 5 minutes then goes...
