SSD not being detected in Win 7

Well my device is made by Adata. But even without the NVMe driver my system detected the SSD after the two hotfixes.

SSD not being detected in Win 7

Is there a difference between the Intel and Samsung drivers? Updated -> Also, there's no actual installer for the Samsung driver (just what appears to be the driver itself) and the Intel driver won't run because there's no Intel NVMe device.

PC Turns of when playing games with titan xp sli

This definitely sounds like your PSU can't handle the power draw. If you put your specs into PartPicker it can tell you what your system's minimum power draw is based on the TDP the manufacturers of all the components inside your PC have stated.

Gpu spikes down a tiny bit and so does my fps?

At 79 degrees, there's a good bet it is throttling itself, try a fan speed of at least 60%. Also, that GPU is factory superclocked, not just overclocked but superclocked. Fans will need to be running pretty high if you're trying to use 100% of its resources.

    The best pc build?

I would use the Transcend over the Crucial; http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Crucial-MX300-275GB-vs-Transcend-SSD370S-256GB/3642vsm26718

I have updated my above parts list. It is important to note that the two ASUS graphics cards featured in Isokolon's and my list are NOT the same.
