i dont think the power is affecting it since i got no performance issue and btw what is double startup? The system uptime is 300 seconds. Event ID : 6013 this pop up in event log everytime i restart

no its when i restart or force shutdown the computer

update i fix it by turning on fast start up but if i restart the pc it still takes 5min but when i shutdown and turn on it only takes a few seconds

i followed the steps still its there i dont want reset or reformat the pc since there is no performance issue

i already did this disable everything except microsoft stuff and nothing change still 5 minutes boot
