    Is my build too overkill?

I would say 120fps is fezzable. You may only want two r9 280s because 3 will have significant compatablility issues http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2300636/crossfire-280.html 2 gtx 770s can run it at 120 fps. Last thing is to make one edit you may want to go with NVIDIA and their deal...

    low budget PC upgrade

Go with one with and am3+ Socket like the fx 6300, then find a good mobo for it. It is the CPU I use and its pretty good with a 760. Its also the best deal for a good CPU as you can get. And while it will not upgrade the performance immediately you can get a better GPU without the bottlneck.

Can I attach a Video Card to my PC

You need to find your motherboard and case size to see if you can fit a GPU in your computer. The space and PCI socket will determine if you can put one in.

Can this build play next-gen games and in playable fps

Your build is pretty future proof as far as that can go. Any past game will run well and most if not all of the games from now till 2016 will be able to run on it max at 60fps. The gtx 970 is one of the best cards on the market and that paired with an Intel i5 4690k is a duo that are pretty high...

Far Cry 4, i'll be to able to run that game or not?

I am sorry to have classed that card as low as I did. What I use to grade a card for a game is when it is able to hit 50-60 frames on it at like medium (I like a game to look nice and hit the frames). So from that perspective Far cry 4 may seem out of reach. But for you what you have is fine a...

Far Cry 4, i'll be to able to run that game or not?

I mean on launch probably not Ubisoft may do what they did with Unity and Patch in an otherwise unplayable game. So looking at the Specs you are on the lower end for sure. Look into getting a GPU upgrade as you CPU is fine. If you do try to play with the 750 you will have problems enjoying the...

Other options to grounding yourself than antistatic wristbands?

You just need to touch some steel not connected to any current. i.e. The siding of your computer case just take that off and before sticking parts together touch it. You just need to ground yourself to reduce any static.

Is this build good enough to play every fps game in atleast 30fps? ( Mainly DayZ )

With this build you can expect to see great preformance across the board for all the games out at the moment (except for AC4, thats poorly optimized at the moment). The 970 paired with the i5 4690k is a pair in the top tier of most computer so you will have no trouble running Dayz (playable at...

Help with determining my PSU wattage!

At the very least you need a good power supply of 500w. 600w would be enough. The reason why it is so low. Is the gtx 970 is actually quite power efficient. Compared to a 760 it uses approximately 30w less. I would say because of the CPU you would want to go for something a bit higher than 500w...

Could this build be able to run newer games such as Arma 3, Day Z, GTA V

Yes it will be able to run new games on high for the most part. Here is what you can expect: http://international.download.nvidia.com/webassets/en_US/shared/images/products/shared/760v660.png These are current gen and for the most part GTA V and Dayz should be playable.

What do I look for when I buy a laptop for gaming?

Yeah so this right here would probably be your best bet. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834232122 It contains a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 2GB and an i7 CPU with 16gb of ram. So this is really good for those kind of games and you will be able to play those valve titles at...

    Need help with pc building

Basically that computer would be good for anything you want to do. Gaming its in the top tier and for editing programs it works well. The CPU is solid and the GTX 980 is a good choice. You are pretty well future proof for at least a few years and should have no trouble maxing out games. Just...

What do I look for when I buy a laptop for gaming?

You want to look for one with a GPU of like a 850m or higher. Also what is your budget and what levels of gaming do you want(ie high 60fps)?

Can I play Cod AW on my PC?

Upgrade the GPU to at least a gtx 660. Everything else is fine just get a good gpu. The 620 is like for entry level gameplay. So your GPU needs a boost before you can play COD:AW.
