Update, it’s not the gpu because swapped it out with my current RTX 3070 and still no bios screen. I’ve also taken out and put back in the motherboard battery. I have yet to try a cmos jump but I need to get a jumper cap. So any other suggestions would be very helpful!

Specs: msi z490 a pro i5 10400f Xfx thicc II pro RX 5600XT 1TB crucial p2 ssd all I’m getting is a black screen, as far as I know the z490 and the 10400 f should be compatible out of box. The dimm slots are in 2 and 4 as stated on the motherboard itself…everything lights up when I turn it...
