Look for a Lenovo with a Core i3 or i5 processor and Nvidia 525m or 540m graphics. This should run your game just fine.

Yes it is OK. Many PSU's come with a 4+4 motherboard connector now. Others may have an 8 pin and a 4 pin.

Why?

It's the same brand, speed, voltage, and timings, so there should be no problem. Where you get into trouble with different brands is that they use different model dram chips to make their ram which sometimes don't play well together. Even if all else was the same. Patriot is rarely compatible...
