    I upgraded my RAM from two 4 gb sticks to two 8 gb sticks, and when i turn on my computer the pc turns on, but the monitor gets no signal and my keyboard and mouse don’t turn on. I don’t know if it’s a motherboard issue or an issue with my power supply. can anyone help?
