Yep. set to Normal.

Strange thing is that process explorer shows the CPU only at 1-2% load, despite HWinfo and task manager saying 100% View: https://imgur.com/mllJwQF

Thanks for reply, terminated and CPU load remains at 100%. It seems like it remains at 100% whatever and just spreads the percentage across any live processes!

Thanks for replying - it varies. It just seems to be the latest one or a collection of them that causes it.

It varies all the time. Could be task manager, various windows processes, MSI centre. Ran Malwarebytes - no issues.

Just done this and with Linux no problems - 10% usage. Guess problem inside windows.

Just tried Process Explorer and weirdly that shows processor usage is only 1-2% but HWInfo , MSI AfterBurner and Task Manager all show 100% ?
