Yes everything has power

I have plugged the monitor to my 6650xt yes. I have also updated the bios. Id also like to add that the monitor works fine as i tried the monitor on my old prebuilt computer and got a display right away.

Cpu: Intel i5 13400f Gpu RX 6650 xt Mobo: Rog Strix B660-A Gaming wifi PSU: MSI A650GL

I have recently built my own pc. Everything is running fine on it and there are no debug lights on the motherboard. All my parts are compatible. But my monitor gets no signal. I have tried to take out one ramstick but it didnt change anything. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
