i'm looking for a computer to use as a platform. I don't have enough experiance to build one from scratch. So im just wondering what would be a good place to build from? i was looking at dell but from what i hear its not easy to expand on it

there is no point in me buying a new one my cpu cant handle any thing that needs the gig i just need to get the heat away so the pci slot fan can pull it out.

its probably the best thing that will work in my computer being that its only pci. the reason i want to cool it more is that it turned my computer into a friggen heater.

I'm trying to find a heat sink and fan for my EVGA 8400GS. I'm trying to get it as cold as possible without water cooling it. I've seen a few but i'm not quite sure if they will fit.
