    gtx 750ti on my PSU

You can comfortably use ANY gpu that does not require a 6 or 8 pin power connector. If you look at a card on a website, in the specification, it will tell you if it requires an external power connector. If it doesn't, you're good to go. Youe best options are the 750TI, or as Hlsgsz suggested, a...

How Do You Cap Your GPU FPS?

V-sync will lock the framerate to ensure a consistent framerate. for example, if FPS is above 60fps, then it will lock the framerate to 60. anything less, it will lock it to 30. You can force V-sync in Nvidia control panel, if the game doesn't support it (Most games do)

GTX 1070 Custom cards release date

Everything you hear for the time being is rumors. AIBs may be released the same time as the FE, but they may come a while after. I prefer AIB over reference cards, as I'm not keen on the blower style fans, and I'd rather not pay a premium for that. + they are usually factory overclocked, which...

New Futureproof System Build (Heavy Gaming)

You will struggle with 4K. I'd advise going for a 970/waiting for a 1070. Less VRAM, but will work fine for 1080p, and will give you better performance for 4K, with SLI/overclocking. You could always go for a MAXT mobo and downsize the case, if that's your jam, I don't see any need for ATX, but...

My system wont start up, advice needed!

Does your motherboard have any lights on it? And do any of the lights come on/flash, when you turn the PC on? There may be a fault with the motherboard, or the PSU, or both. As Krishan said, I'd say go for a new PSU first, but don't set the whole pc up again, until you can rule out any issues...

    AMD FX6300 or i3 6100?

Take a look at this page: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i3-6100-vs-AMD-FX-6300 This give you a blow by blow account of where each processor excels. The I3 is the faster chip by a large margin, but the AMD has 3 times as many cores, making up for the lower performance. Overall, I'd say...

    gtx 750ti on my PSU

You shouldn't have any trouble, the 750 takes all its power from PCI-E, so no extra 6/8 pin power connector needed. On full load, the GPU consumes ~68 watts.

I want to upgrade my pc

It looks like you motherboard only support DDR2 RAM. I might be wrong; http://www.ascendtech.us/dell-inspiron-530-530s-fm586-motherboard_i_mbdel7750fm586.aspx If this is your MOBO, then you might have some trouble with upgrading the Ram.

    Poor FPS with R9 390 and i5-6600K

I honestly don't know if this will be any use, and I'm at work so sorry for the limited information, but check your settings in AMD crimson. On the page where you tweak the settings for individual games, there is a tab for 'global' settings. I had the EXACT same problem, and tweaking the...

When and what should be my next upgrade?

I'd agree with Logain, a new PSU would be a good idea. You could probably go for a lower wattage and save on power, or go for something higher, leaving with you with legroom for upgrades. Otherwise I'd say that's a good mid range spec for 720p. What case are you using? you could maybe look at...
