I had this problem aswell, was on a LAN cable directly into the router, not wireless. It was a new computer so I was fustrated. I went into see what bloatware was on my new computer, under controlpanel, and add/remove programs. Or press Windows+R and type in appwiz.cpl. There I found NetCrawl...
