I reverted to an old BIOS version and set the DRAM voltage to 1.31V. The random rebooting has stopped however I have seen further blue screens: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

No good unfortunately. Not only have I had more bluescreens but I've also seen the return of the random rebooting without error which I hadn't seen for a while. Does anyone have any ideas? Could there be something wrong with the m.2 drive (which has windows installed on it)?
