I already have my resolution set at recommended setting, and I've tried changing it to multiple different resolutions but the games still won't work.

Popatim - I don't have that folder in My Documents, so that's that idea gone. I don't know if that's because I downloaded it through Steam or something? James Mason - So what do you suggest that I do, change my resolution via the Control Panel to one you suggested? Thanks for the help.

I cannot enter the game, as I stated it comes up with a black screen and says Mode Not Supported.

So when I try to play Dayz mod or GTA: San Andreas through Steam, my TV screen - using it as a monitor - goes black and a message comes up sainy 'Mode Not Supported'. I recognised it as an error I once fixed months ago by making the game in question windowed. However I have no idea how to make...
