Hi all, new here so sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, i have just got a Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E8600 which is working great, BUT my fan/heatsink that goes over the cpu is only an Intel E18764-001 which only goes upto 3.16GHz and this cpu is upto 3.33ghz is it ok to run the pc...
