Hi, I'm a little late, but if you're still having the issue, check to see if you have your desktop background set to slideshow settings> personalization>background and try disabling that.
Hi, have you got your desktop background set to slideshow? If so try right clicking and select next background to see if this causes the stutters. If not try disabling it anyway and see if it helps.
