Updated to the ASRock 970M Pro3 and all is well. Thank you all for your help in sorting this out. It's a shame the ASRock 960 had no UEFI support, whatsoever. Thanks Again!

I did. It's the bios that doesn't support uefi. 1.4 version. Or at least I can't see where it does. http://findhard.ru/en/motherboards/model?id=3320&m=asrock-960gm-gs3-fx

Well, I figured it out. This particular mobo has no uefi support and the card 20 series is uefi-only; at least, as far as I can tell. :(

Just put in new psu corsair cx750M but it didn't change anything. Waiting on ps/2 keyboard to boot into bios to try the uefi mode.

I went ahead and ordered another psu after running OCCT and seeing that the voltage kept dropping on me. I'll keep you posted after I receive and install it. Thx 4 ur help!

Okay, I'll see if I can find a ps/2 keyboard so I can boot into bios. As for the psu, I bought it new 3 years ago, even though it seems old, so to speak.
