The new laptop came installed with its own drive and preinstalled OS but all of my files and data is on the old drive which is why I am trying to find out how to get the drivers installed on it so I can use it.

How do I do a clean win install without a way to connect to the internet?

So about a few months ago my old laptop started overheating super quickly to the point where it couldn't stay on for a that long before shutting down. So I decided to buy a new laptop and put my hard drive into the new laptop but in doing so the old hard drive has absolutely none of the drivers...
