Wierd, I used Razer's game booster and my fps on tf2 jumped to 200-330. And the graphics are even better then maxframes.

My fps on tf2 is not capped. Apparently, I get 40 fps while im not fighting and 20 fps when I am in Tf2. V Sync din't help, any other solutions? Or if you could help me, using teamviewer that would be great.
