3 of the 4 of my stick are brand new and the one that was previously in it was working. and yes they are all for sure the same

on task manager it says 15.9 also

when i look at about my pc beside "installed ram" it says "32.0 GB installed (15.9 GB usable)"

15.9 is usable out the installed 32, sorry for not making that clear
