Isn't Runescape a browser game? That tells me something is wrong with either your monitor or you're just not plugged into your graphics card.

That is overkill for DOTA in my opinion, but more power to you. You will be able to play a lot of other games, especially Dota since it is not too taxing of a game to be running. Good luck and have fun!

Not so sure if maximum quality is doable assuming 1080p just based off what we don't know about those games. But no, you do not need to upgrade because your computer is more than capable of running games at very high settings for a while.

Yep. You'll be able to play 1440p. I would argue that you'd be able to play 4k even, obviously not with 60 frames but probably around 30 frames a second. So yes, you're good to go with 1440p gaming!

Either the R9 280 or the R9 270 would be my choices. I'd prefer the R9 270 though just based on value
