i m using corsair VS450

I bought RX 550 2GB last night but its not showing any output. My OS was 32bit and after going through some reviews i changed it into 64bit and also upgraded my RAM since its recommended RAM is at least 8GB. What i can see it dose have some impact in my components (like plugging it in changes...
