Still no difference also looking up solutions. In device manager it has no internet adapters either if this helps

Just bought a new cpu motherboard and now pc wont launch. In the bios it cant even find the hdd. But when i plug a random memory stick in it can find that also can also find windows install disk. Im thinking hdd is corrupt. Just looking for advice
