The keyboard is wired i've tried both a wired and wireless mouse. It performs the same on start or restart. I have Windows 10. This time When I started the computer it let me go to safe mode with internet. The keyboard is working and a wired mouse is working. But idk if they wil work out of...

Windows will not recognize my keyboard or mouse if I reboot and get into where I can run a systems check the keyboard works and system finds no errors and when I reboot I have no keyboard and no mouse so I'm just stuck at the login display and cannot do anything.
