I have since fixed the problem. I factory reset the pc while retaining all of the files that were on it. I had to reinstall the software, but once that was accomplished everything was fixed.

I'm unsure why this issue occurs but sometimes when my PC starts up, there are black boxes in the bottom right corner on both of my monitors. I run both of my monitors on two separate graphics cards which is a bit confusing to me as why the boxes are on both. It seems to throttle down my...
