So I come here because I believe I may have damaged my DisplayPort output on my GPU, or that the actual cable has been shorted out. I'm not sure as I'm not willing to risk trying to use the cable again after the GPU or cable has failed to deliver any output via DP to my monitor after 3 restars...

That thing is tiny and costs more than my Oneplus One. Totally ridiculous and completely valueless at this price. Anyone who buys one now is going to waste a LOT of money. The concept is sound, so long as the build quality and the hardware is up for it, but at the moment, I wouldn't even buy...
