I did not read the other responses but for my use case rtx 3070 ti and ryzen 7700x as long as you have a case with descent air flow this problem is minimized but it is still a problem that nvidia seems to blatantly ignore, I believe gamers nexus did a deeper dive. (I cant find the video tho)
